David's tracks often combine dancefloor energy with the deeper-leaning funk of dancehall, dub, latin music and hip hop. David has become known for his soundcraft and deeply funky rhythmic sense.

David's tracks are currently released in a variety of contexts with labels like Staubgold (Berlin), Goosehound (NYC), and Unfoundsound (Philly). He has contributed remixes to quality indies such as Audio.NL (Rotterdam) and The Social Registry (NYC).

In 1996 in NYC he began making books with the art books collective Booklyn, while playing drums and electronics with bands and at a pirate radio station on the lower east side. Since then he's continued to push the boundaries between sound and vision, while retaining a sense of humor. He also works as a designer and illustrator.
